What to Have Ready When You Call

The more specific you can be, the more useful the number we give you on the call. It helps to have the following ready before you dial.

• Where the problem is located in the home or building
• What you are seeing or hearing, and how long it has been happening
• Whether the issue is getting worse or has stayed the same
• For fixture work, the type of fixture and whether it is a repair or a replacement
• For water heater calls, whether the unit is tank or tankless, and gas or electric

You do not need to have all of this figured out before you call. Describe what you are dealing with and we will ask the right questions from there.

What Happens After You Call

A properly plumbed home is a worry-free home, and getting there starts with a straightforward phone call. Here is what to expect.

1. We talk through what the plumbing is doing and what the likely cause is based on what you describe.
2. We give you a rate for the visit and explain what the job typically involves.
3. We confirm the schedule and agree on a time before anything is booked.
4. If the job turns out to be more involved once we are on site, we talk through the options before proceeding.

The scope and the price are settled on the call. You know what the visit covers before anyone shows up at the door.
